The estate is located in Herrenbaumgarten, a small town in the north-eastern wine district of Lower Austria. The market town is also known as the “crazy village”. The world looks little askance at us, and vice-versa, of course. In recent years, the wine-growing industry has gained more and more prominence in the tourism sector. The “crazy village” and it´s slightly hilly landscape offers an ideal starting point for cyclists. Visitors also find many interesting sights to see in the surrounding countryside.  In addition, Herrenbaumgarten is only an hour´s drive north from Vienna with its many attractions and an even shorter hop to the Czech border with Brno also an hour north of the town. From May to September the wine estates have an ‘Open Cellar’in the town where they alternately showcase their wines and invite you to taste their wines at your leisure.
